The tool has enabled us to have real-time conversations with customers in different languages without having specialists who can speak those respective languages. It was very easy for our customer service team to interact with clients using this chatbot. We are able to understand their queries instantly and solve them. Also it's user friendly so there were no glitches during its implementation process. I am yet to find anything negative about the product. There could be some minor improvements but nothing that would make me think twice before recommending the same. If you're looking for an efficient way of communication with your customers then definitely go ahead with Lektas as they've been helping my organization greatly. Our biggest challenge was providing 24/7 support to our end users around the globe. With Lekta we realized that we could give better assistance to our clientele even at odd hours.
