Very good application and service for Insurance Business

I like how well it has been programmed to fit my business needs, as it has allowed me a seamless channel for interaction with customers, to provide my services to them. It looks simple at first but gets very complex when you have to interact with many different people's conversations / emails / messages. Sometimes it becomes impossible to understand the conversation as it is over an unknown network connection (no GPS). It works perfectly with my own system that I use and therefore I have…

Easy conversational AI bot solution

The tool has enabled us to have real-time conversations with customers in different languages without having specialists who can speak those respective languages. It was very easy for our customer service team to interact with clients using this chatbot. We are able to understand their queries instantly and solve them. Also it's user friendly so there were no glitches during its implementation process. I am yet to find anything negative about the product. There could be some minor improvements
