Review on Norpro Grip EZ 12X16 Cutting Board by Elizabeth Shelton

I've had this board for a few weeks now and I really like it. Large in size, the surface is smooth and knife-friendly, the handles hold the board in place, and it's dishwasher safe (doesn't warp). The packaging also came promptly (no sticky stuff), I didn't notice any stains, deep scratches or dents (but I use good knives so I don't have to press hard when cutting). . If you're looking for a reasonably priced chopping board, it's worth a try. UPDATE: (Sep 2013) We still have this board and use it almost every day. There still aren't any deep ridges or big marks, but if you look closely you can see hundreds of light scratches, none of which interfere with food grinding. We usually throw this cutting board in the dishwasher to wash it (bottom shelf), but from time to time we give it a thorough wash with hot soapy water. No complaints at all. I would still recommend this to everyone.
