Norpro Grip EZ 12X16 Cutting Board Review

The cutting board is fine, but after washing (by hand) it doesn't seem to lay flat. I have to put a damp paper towel underneath to keep it from spinning during use.

I have several of these cutting boards, partly because they are big enough to go in the dishwasher. They have been serving for years and are very reliable.

Has been used once and has multiple cuts on its surface from a paring knife that cuts vegetables containing food, etc. and is difficult to peel. Should be made of a harder material. Very disappointing.

I had to replace my old boards, they were badly hammered and starting to warp. I bought this set and it looks good. The rubber did not adhere very well to the granite countertop. Then after 3 days he already shows severe scratches from just cutting the vegetables. I am very surprised to see some deep scratches that seem to get worse after washing in the dishwasher.

I bought this after comparing it to a similar OXO model. I chose these because of the cheaper price and what I think is the perfect size. It fits perfectly on the counter and has more than enough space for any slices or fillets you might need. I'll probably buy a few more of these to avoid cross contamination. I would also like to mention that it is very easy to clean.

Nice cutting board. Big and I like the groove on the outside to collect juices. However, this thing slips on my granite countertops. The rubber corners are too small to hold the rest of the board upright so the corners and board touch the post causing it to slide. If a non-slip cutting board is your most important feature, I would avoid it. Apart from that everything is alright.

I got confused when I first started cutting vegetables here because I realized I was also cutting the material of the board itself. Shouldn't that thing be cut?! Overall it's still functional but it's already had a few cuts and I'll probably be throwing it away soon. It also claimed to be dishwasher safe, but warped a bit when I put it in the dishwasher. Very bad quality. Two stars only because I appreciate the handles on the bottom that prevent it from sliding around the counter.

I've had this board for a few weeks now and I really like it. Large in size, the surface is smooth and knife-friendly, the handles hold the board in place, and it's dishwasher safe (doesn't warp). The packaging also came promptly (no sticky stuff), I didn't notice any stains, deep scratches or dents (but I use good knives so I don't have to press hard when cutting). . I really like this chopping board. This is a large size making it easy to cut medium to large items. It's also a comfortable thickness - thin enough to be a little light, but thick enough to feel solid and not flimsy in any way. I don't find it dulls my good kitchen knives and I use them every day.
