Bought because the style matched my kitchen knives.

Serrated knives would be better and a little more expensive. Otherwise the knives are beautiful and match my kitchen knives.

Pros
  • Each blade goes through an (Ultra6) heat treatment process to ensure each blade retains its strength and functionality. The blade lasts 5 times longer than German steel. Manual sharpening at an angle of 16 degrees on each side. HRC 59 +/- 2 on the Rockwell hardness scale.
