Review on FlexMaint by Josh Elkins

I like that it has all of my different jobs in one place. I don't have to keep pulling reports from different places. It also makes keeping track much easier than having three or four different spreadsheets for each job. Sometimes it takes awhile to load and sometimes if you're doing something else on your computer (like watching a show) it will freeze up until you refresh your screen. This has never happened before though so hopefully this gets fixed soon. Keeping track of repairs and tracking costs and timeframes for work orders. I like that this software includes everything from scheduling to preventive maintenance. The reporting side of things could use some improvements but overall it works well. It also has an option for mobile users which is nice because not all companies have web-based options available. If you are looking for one stop shop solution then there really isn't much better out there other than flex maint. We've been able to see what jobs need attention before they become critical issues.
