Super thin but meets my needs.

If you need a pan to put food in and walk around in (e.g. to the grill or back), you might run into trouble. I had to use them in my countertop convection oven. Works great for that. They are very thin and don't carry much weight. Deciding when to go with them? Put it on a small cutting board and carry the board.
