Fits and fits my '02 530i perfectly. My valve broke and fell apart. It was the perfect replacement and it fit perfectly. Be careful when removing the old one as the pin may fall out. The Disa frame also has a small locking ring that the pin goes through. If you lose it, buy a new Disa valve. I foolishly glued the locking ring back into the frame and let it dry. Mounts the damper and parts underneath. Pulled out the old O-ring and put in the new one. Another warning: When installing the Disa valve, the o-ring can invert, so the valve must be installed absolutely level. Use a small amount of lube to make it slide easily. Now the car works perfectly, there are no more knocks. Great deal to be able to rebuild a disa instead of paying 5x or 6x for a new one.
