I really wanted to like this product. I would say they are relatively easy to use. Just make sure you follow the instructions on the box. However, the hair does not flow smoothly, it gets tangled, so when you take it out, it curls up and the curls do not come out smoothly. My biggest criticism of this product is that most people would probably like to use it before bed. I did this the first time I tried them and it took me an hour to fall asleep. You are so uncomfortable to sleep on. I woke up in the middle of the night with a headache. I don't think I would recommend them.
