But does the job.

First I want to say that I'm not the best furniture assembler, so the problems can only be my fault. There can also be manufacturing issues between devices, so your mileage may vary. Assembly wasn't overly difficult, although screwing the shelves onto the first half of the unit was a bit fiddly. Everything is mostly aligned, but the screws holding the top and bottom halves together weren't tight at all. It also appeared that one of the holes at the very bottom had been drilled too far to prevent the leg from being firmly attached. After fully assembled, there was a very noticeable tilt to the right and wobble on both sides, where the shelves were screwed. I thought maybe I overtightened one side so I loosened all the screws and tightened one screw on each side but got the same result. Next problem, the bars were very loose. Each row looked like it had over 1/4 inch on each side and the top bar was loose enough to remove. There's really no good way to tighten the bars. The dividers looked pretty good, but didn't always move smoothly across the bar. If they get caught, the whole block will shake. The device is also very light, which probably doesn't help. It did a pretty good job storing media (PS1 to PS4 games in my case) even with thin and loose slats. it felt like balancing with two top shelves, although it doesn't look like straps can fall through the back. It all looks nice enough and I'm a dark wood lover, but metal bars look very cheap. I ended up returning it due to the issues described and felt I could get a much better deal at a garage sale or on Craigslist for something more permanent. It will work if you don't take care of the things that bothered me! that I could get a much better deal on something more permanent at a flea market or on Craigslist.
