Living in Arizona, I found that dry skin and dry air made my seasonal allergies worse. After using it for just a few hours I can see and feel the difference in humidity in the room. Humidity went from under 30% to over 45% in about an hour. Super quiet. it cannot be heard at all. Only clean water is used and the air smells clean and fresh. I just found an aromatherapy box. I now have the Sweet Dreams aromatherapy scent wafting through my room, filling the room with a subtle but not overpowering scent. (Added photo of aromatherapy box.) UPDATE: While I still love this product, their services don't seem to exist! I emailed about the warranty issue and received an email reply with a series of questions to ensure I was using common sense when using the product, but even after replying I listened for a week nothing from them. . When you call #, someone simply takes the message and indicates they will email it. It's frustrating.
