There is a problem with this and all similar yarn winding machines

This does not appear to allow the use of yarn purchased from say Michael's, JoAnn Fabrics or Walmart which is already wound into a very tight skein but may need to be rolled into a ball to avoid tangling Used ; (e.g. thread brand Red Heart). I would find it EXTREMELY helpful if they could find a fixture that would allow me to use this type of yarn; Roll it from the strand to the ball as I have arthritis and rolling the ball after a while can hurt.
