Let me start by saying that I received the box within a few days of ordering. I wanted to thank the people who answered my questions, you helped me a lot. Now for the product: I bought a vacuum cleaner for a beachfront condo in Florida (about 1100 sq. ft.), I tiled all the floors. I installed it in a hall closet that has an outlet right outside the door. When I use it I just leave the door open to allow air to circulate. I installed it high enough to fit a water box underneath. When I ordered it I was out of the apartment to measure the farthest point and when I got there I was about 5 feet short so I called Vacumaid and spoke to a great guy who sent me a piece of tubing and sold a outlet to which I now get every track on all my sliding doors. NOW PERFECT! I would recommend this vacuum cleaner to anyone. picks up all the sand incredibly, the jets are excellent, the main jet slides perfectly on the tile. What a great alternative to a household vacuum for my apartment. I AM SO HAPPY I LOVE IT.
