Doesn't keep air in the box

We installed the punching bag about 24 hours ago and already had to refill it with air. The attached photo is about 12 hours after we added air this morning. My 9 year old played with it for less than 10 minutes. Scattering sand on the floor was a hassle, but it would have been worth the effort if it held the air for the kids to play with more. Not worth the time and money - a total disappointment.
