Cheap bag and cheaply made. Fall apart very quickly!

I thought this bag was adorable but it fell apart after a few uses. The chain broke, the insides were torn, so it's going to be thrown in the trash now! We would like to give the money back but decided it wasn't worth the hassle. It wasn't that expensive so it wasn't a big problem. What is this expression? Do you get what you pay for? Don't waste money.
