Gave this product 3 stars because it was a decent product but I wouldn't buy it again. I bought this because shea butter is known for making shampoos and conditioners free of sulfates and all those horrible parabens. Although it did moisturize the ends of my hair, I originally bought this product because I was experiencing hair loss (much more than usual) and found that it was due to a very dry and flaky scalp. However, this product did not help my dry scalp or dandruff problem. So if you're looking for a scalp moisturizer or dandruff remover, I'd recommend Nizoral anti-dandruff shampoo and rub castor oil into your roots. Did this for a few weeks and my dry, itchy scalp was gone! The shampoo is really light and leaves you feeling clean but the conditioner isn't my favorite, I don't know how to describe it but it's not that smooth and doesn't leave your hair silky. Since Shea wet products are very good for defining frizz, it did more of my natural curls, but I look forward to trying another line of their shampoos and conditioners.
