I bought this lamp for my vacuum cleaner. I bought another brand from a local store but every time I banged the vacuum on the baseboard the light would flicker and then go out. Needless to say I couldn't keep enough bulbs on hand so I decided to try the GE brand and so far, after about 3 weeks, they don't flicker and they still work. It's hard to find a bulb like this, so if all goes well I'll buy another one as a spare.
