After placing an order for car parts on Vincos' website, I experienced a hilarious chain of mishaps. I wasted a lot of time sifting through the confusing website in search of the components I required. As a result of dealing with the customer support department, I now have more questions than answers. I had a terrible time completing my purchase because the checkout procedure was so complicated and the payment gateway didn't work properly. Unfortunately, the shipment arrived late and broken. On top of that, the parts were of such poor quality that they wouldn't even fit in my vehicle. It was a bother to have to return the items and wait for a reimbursement, which cost me both time and money. Buying from Vincos was the worst internet shopping experience I have ever had. An unfortunate lack of professionalism and organization in the online shop belies the company's promise of high-quality auto parts. If you need something for your car, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
