First of all, the product was shipped in very protective packaging. Now to the reason for my title. I bought an 05 EZGO TXT that was modified the way I wanted it. Lift kit, tires, rims and new bodywork in Metallic Blue Titanium. After 1.5 years of ownership the hub was spinning on the back passenger side. I calculated the age and all the carts. I would have torn my back completely. Put in a new bearing and seal (concluded that this bearing was failing. So when I released the throttle it made this rattling noise. Like it was a cam or pin somewhere around the brake pedal. Never in the rear) . In any case, I restored both sides in the same way. The hub on the driver's side was saved for backup. Now I feel great about it. I thought I'd take the liberty of removing the differential cover. Check everything and change the oil. Well when I went to do this. I noticed 2 large dents on the cover where the main gear goes. After removing it, I noticed that the metal is clearly rubbing. (Fortunately the pans are made of softer metal). I didn't damage the equipment as it is a strong Dana fortification. Well I've searched high and now a cover for my shopping cart. Anywhere on the web. I can't find anyone to save my life. I even contacted EzGo and they didn't help. So I cleaned the oil pan and washed the gears with diesel fuel. I inserted 75/90 Royal Purple like this and got to work. (Couldn't leave kids and wife without a cart. They would kill me lol.) The covers I found at Revain and EzGo looked like mine. Didn't say it would fit my model though. Then I came across this post. Very vague (2000 - EZGO). I took a chance and ordered it. This is an exact match! Also not $85 like on the EZGO website. It's super heavy and durable. Better than the OEM I picked up. Sorry for the long post. This cover pissed me off for 3 weeks of searching. Until I found this one!
