I am someone who takes great pleasure in adorning their house, so I was eager to give YAKii a try. On the other hand, my time spent shopping in their internet store was not satisfying. Despite the fact that they have a huge selection of products, the quality is not very good. I was disappointed to find that the holiday illumination and decorations that I bought were of poor quality and broke after only a few uses. The essentials for the house and kitchen were also a letdown; the utensils I purchased were of poor quality and broke within a week of using them. In addition, when I contacted their customer support regarding the issues, they were unhelpful and unresponsive. They gave the impression that they were uninterested in my concerns and they refused to provide a solution or a reimbursement. In general, YAKii is not a retailer that I would recommend to anyone searching for high-quality house and kitchen essentials, as well as holiday decor and lighting. It was a miserable way to spend one's money and a terrible purchasing experience.
