Buyer Warning. best printer ink and toner

I have followed the instructions and repeated the process 3 times in 3 days but my printer still won't turn off the error beep. Still does not work. I've tried texting the company and my message keeps coming back. Very disappointed and would like to send them back but cannot reach them.
