I used it one day and everything was fine. The next day was a different story! They didn't print clearly and only a few colors worked. The next day I tried again and NOTHING! I had to go to the UPS store to print out all the necessary documents. Waste of time and money!

Great product at a great price. I am very happy with my purchase. Will order again. Also, I appreciate how the seller does business. They emailed me and made sure I was happy and that my ink was installed and working properly.

It makes you think about the product when it comes with cleaning gum and cloth and instructions on how to set up the cartridge. A cartridge gave me an error and I had to do a cleaning process. The error was repeated every time I turned on the printer.

I have followed the instructions and repeated the process 3 times in 3 days but my printer still won't turn off the error beep. Still does not work. I've tried texting the company and my message keeps coming back. Very disappointed and would like to send them back but cannot reach them.

The first order was correct and it's a very good ink, no problem. Then 6 months later I order the same brand again, they sent the wrong items. These cartridges look and are different, including the box. I have returned items to exchange for correct items but they keep sending me the same wrong items. What's happening? My printer is Epson Workforce 500 so the ink should be "69" not "0691".

I needed ink for my old printer and couldn't afford Epson ink at full price. I use about a month, I print a couple of times a week. I took off one star for the quality of the print, but to be honest it could also be the printer. I highly recommend this if you need to print a few things (mostly documents for me) and don't want to empty your bank account.

When I first ordered this product I was very pleased and happy to find an ink for my Epson printer that didn't cost a lot of money. Used with no problems or error messages. Now the cartridges don't work. An error message "Ink cartridge not recognized" appears. I followed all your suggestions to get the ink cartridges that came in the box working, but nothing helped. It's a shame. They had a great product, but nothing more.

1/8/20: First black cartridge installed. It ran out of mailing labels after printing 15-16 pages and had to keep reprinting, cleaning head, reprinting USPS labels! Tonight, 8/4/20, charged the 2nd black cartridge! NOW the Cayan cartridge also shows that it is almost empty! I only print "black". Constant bad pressure, head cleaning many, many times! And the cartridges are 1/4 full (or less) of a cartridge. I want a refund for this junk or replacement cartridges

Used this item for Epson Cx9400Fax/Printer/Scanner/Copier. Insert cartridges and it reads cartridges perfectly. However, it only prints in one color, cyan. After using the head cleaning function 5 times to see if I could get better prints, the ink level dropped to the level you see in the first picture. The nozzle test print pattern resulted in an incomplete pattern also shown in the figure. I ran the printhead cleaning function 5 more times but the cartridges still didn't print properly. Spent
