Inkjet inks

The first order was correct and it's a very good ink, no problem. Then 6 months later I order the same brand again, they sent the wrong items. These cartridges look and are different, including the box. I have returned items to exchange for correct items but they keep sending me the same wrong items. What's happening? My printer is Epson Workforce 500 so the ink should be "69" not "0691".
