I would like to give 5 stars. Actually I should, but the product description explains why I can't. I bought the smaller version thinking it would fit my small 5 lb cat. It was so small my cat couldn't even turn around in it. Size description is a bit misleading. I don't see a small cat or dog that would be comfortable in a smaller version. I would have been fine if I hadn't been charged nearly $10 for the return postage even after the free shipping started. I don't normally fret about a commission but it was the misleading description that led to the return. Next to. with the right size. This makes a great home for any lucky cat or dog. It's perfectly built and way better than others in the same price range! Also very well built! I read several reviews that said the dog broke the zipper. I bet it was a situation like the first device that was too small. Any cat will love it and they'll call home right away!
