This strainer makes a great planter
I was recently given a small plant. I had nothing to put it in. Then I remembered I bought this colander and noticed it was on top of the bowl. So I sealed the holes around the screen on the outside, added potting soil, a plant and some liquid plant food. I noticed that the excess plant food fell to the bottom of the pot so the plant wouldn't rot. Well the plant is growing so well and I'm thrilled because I don't have a green thumb. I'm writing this review now because once again I've received a small plant with nothing to plant and that's why I ordered this screen.
