Best frontend framework for serverless apps

Ember is one of my favorite javascript frameworks, I really like how it's easy to get up-to-speed with even if you have little JS experience (as a PHP dev). The architecture makes sense as well so that when we build new features or rewrite some old ones I can easily update all our sites without issue. It doesn't support IE8/9 which would be nice in this day and age but other than that no downsides yet! I'm learning more about writing tests using Jest instead of Mocha because their testing setup isn't as comprehensive compared to Mocha but still works great and has come out ahead in terms off development time spent making things work together seamlessly. We are building realtime data analysis platforms where users use various APIs from different vendors including Google Sheets, Amazon Redshift etc.. To make sure The best thing about Ember is its great team of developers, who are really passionate to make it better each day! Pros
  • Ember is a great framework to work with, easy to learn and has great documentation
Cons
  • It is still lacking support for older browsers and doesn't have a native mobile app for all platforms
