The hotelier is quite a robust suite, and the fact that the modules are quite configurable is amazing. The modules and functions that are currently included are very robust and fit the specific needs of the hotel. The modules are quite configurable, very responsive, and the staff is very responsive to support questions. Sometimes the modules are a bit clunky and a bit difficult to get to the specific functions that you are looking for. The hotelier is a robust, robust suite that manages the complete hotel functions. The ability to track the financials and the ability to track the specific functions of the hotel. The ease of use in managing our properties from one location! It's so much easier than having multiple applications open at once or using several different programs for each department. I dislike how slow it can sometimes run when we are performing tasks. Sometimes this takes longer than expected but not often enough where it becomes an issue with us users. This software has made my job as General Manager very easy by allowing me to keep everything under control all through out the day.
