Perfect for gum health

My dentist recommended these to me because I had gum problems and they really do the job. A lot of plaque builds up between the teeth that flossing and brushing cannot remove. That's what these collections are for. I use them every day after every meal. Some people in other reviews say their gums bleed when using them. That means you have bad gums. This will eventually come to an end if you use them all the time along with other things like dental floss.
