The platform is very user friendly with all of its features being easily accessible through just one login account which makes it easy to work from anywhere at any time without having multiple accounts open simultaneously. There isn't much I dislike about this software however there could be some minor improvements such as adding additional fields like phone number into registration form so that users can receive notifications via text messages once they have registered successfully. This helps us keep track of our customers' activities within minutes instead of days/weeks/months hence reducing manual entry errors by hand writing down these details manually.
