This really adds to my review of the 'cheaper version' of this instrument which was quite good at 1/. 3 prize but it turned out not to be worth it. Most of my pneumatic tools are BOSTITCH and they really are the best. Had to do hardwood floors (not my typical job) and less than 500sqm. ft. You can use the nail puller simply by holding it at an angle to the tip of your tongue. My "drive nailer" damaged the fragile top edge so we needed this type of tool for the job. Wen 61741 seemed perfect for the price but wasn't happy with the tool when it arrived (from Revain of course)! The pneumatic sections were good and well constructed, but the attached 45 degree "shoe" was very poorly constructed, difficult to adjust, and could break before the job was complete. It was possible to remove the shoe, but why buy this special tool? Came back and updated to Bostitch EHF1838K and of course the tool is perfect. When the job is done, you can sell online for 50%, making the tool almost the same price. You get what you pay for. Spirit. Last note. This tool is oil-free, so you don't have to worry about spilling oil on new hardwood floors.
