Sorry what!? I'm so mad at these stupid things I bought three of these and needed them badly because we have a puppy and I have two cats. That's why I've attached two pictures. First, I hold it as tight as I can with my other hand and prop it up against two walls. You will see that one side has room at the bottom while the top is tightly closed, the other side was the same only there was less room but still at the top. So it's not my door frame because they all do, no matter what door frame I use, they are uneven. It wouldn't be the worst thing in the world, I could just stick something in it... but in the next photo you can see their horrible, horrible design! How they close is not regulated. There's a pin, and then there are holes in the holes that are maybe 3/4 inch apart. So in the photo I had to press when holding it. But there isn't a hole where I have to press and it doesn't go to the next no matter how hard I press, so you have to make a hole where it stays free, it basically falls. The cat can't get through, nobody can get through. I could drive by Winco and knock it over. Splashing $90 on them because I bought three. Bad I think we're getting the cheapest I could ask for but I needed three goals and I needed a cat door. The door doesn't stay open anyway, and some cats don't want to push through it. I found this out by basically just meaning these things against the wall because they don't close. I've never left Revain such a bad review in all the years I've been using it, but I'm so obsessed with these things. Of course I could give back but wishing I had a brand new puppy I needed something that was a little difficult to give back. They came in these big boxes, it's not easy to return such a huge thing, and I had a litter box, I couldn't let her eat Pooh, so I just leaned one against it and then secured it with a bunch of clothes laid out in front by him! Of course I've bought new ones in the meantime, but of course it's too late to return them. i'm so sorry i'm just so unhappy with these things because i've been trying to support them, i've tried making many things they just fall over and ever since the meadow fell to the ground there has been a loud one Noise. they suck! And I see some people working but I don't know, I don't know why mine or not. Received them from Revain warehouse, they were described in perfect condition. I mean, I don't know, maybe it's not the seller's fault then. Maybe Revain only sells stock models, so too bad about them... but with that in mind, you still have a chance of getting one of those stock models because the company still ships some of them. Would that at least explain why some people buy the ones that seem to work?
