
I use it for bread dough, bagel dough, pizza dough, pasta dough. It does a great job of mixing (it handles very heavy batter with ease) and proofing. The average dough temperature during proofing is about 83 F. The large lid makes it easy to keep track of the process, much easier than my previous bread maker. Oh, the suction cups at the base really help it stay on the counter while mixing! And because of its small size and light weight, it's easy to store in a closet when not in use. So far I like this little machine and it's easy to clean.
