Easy to use. Seems to be strong.

A simple concept. Add ingredients, set kneading time and rising time. He does everything else. The first try was Italian bread. Second, egg rolls. Seemed easy to deal with both of them. Simplifies the process of bread baking. Update: White bread made with it in a Pullman pan. Looks good and tastes good too. (King Arthur's white bread recipe). I'm letting this prove too long so I'll scale it down next time. But the machine delivers very consistent kneading and proofing times so I can experiment…

save my hand - Small Appliances

I can't help but thank the machine! I have a carpal tunnel from years of farming, but I love to bake. I made pain de mi (5 cups flour) which took me 40 minutes to knead. That was done in 15 minutes! Save time and my hand. Then I made pumpkin dumplings. Normally I have to choose one kneading task per day because of my physical condition. I'm so glad I started using this machine. I hope the motor lasts long enough for my daily use. If it dies due to my heavy use I will definitely get a…

Light but powerful little machine

I use it for bread dough, bagel dough, pizza dough, pasta dough. It does a great job of mixing (it handles very heavy batter with ease) and proofing. The average dough temperature during proofing is about 83 F. The large lid makes it easy to keep track of the process, much easier than my previous bread maker. Oh, the suction cups at the base really help it stay on the counter while mixing! And because of its small size and light weight, it's easy to store in a closet when not in use. So far I…

Runs all kinds of tests! Replaced the dough tip on an old bread maker

This is EXACTLY what the lazy baker (and pasta maker) ordered! Holds amazing! He says he can't bake American bread, but he does. I've had it for a few months now and use it often. Until I stuff it, it's a workhorse! Has separate "Enzyme" and MIX settings. Enzyme "PROOF" or LIFT. This machine is my favorite machine for making bread dough or kneading dough. Worth the price for me. Works BETTER than my heavy AF kitchen blender which I HATE.

Pros

I like it! Now it's easy to knead dough for bread

I bought it for kneading dough, specially for bread. It is very easy to use and kneads bread perfectly. It has a "ferment" mode (aka proofer mode) so you can knead and proof in the same pot. I've used it before and baked perfect bread. Of course, you need to know when the bread has kneaded to the window pane stage and know if it has risen long enough for the fingerprint to remain indented. For reference, the bread recipe I used contained 4 cups of flour, took 32 minutes to knead to the point…
