The first thing you should know is that this cap is leaking. So if you want your hair to be chlorine free, this won't work. For me, the problem is not in that, but in the smell. I know it sounds silly, but this cap really stinks. After 3 swims of an hour each and washing after each use, it still stinks. The smell is so terrible it gives me a headache. Today after my session I just throw it away. By the way, the quality is so bad that even the inscriptions on the page are almost all erased after 3 uses. Stay away from it.
