I have just brought home a rescue dog who is very shy and afraid to walk on a leash. She loves the security this bag provides and allows her to safely explore her surroundings. I love that the hook attaches to the collar inside, but make sure you attach it to the harness and not the collar to avoid neck injuries if they try to pop out. I also leave it on the floor and she crawls in to sleep. Your dog needs to be fairly small for this to work. We have a Yorkie Poop and I would not buy it for a larger dog. It would be too superficial. Hands-free carrying will also be difficult unless the dog is small and trustworthy to remain still despite distractions. I still have to hold her while walking or she can easily pop out. The harness is adjustable so you can hold your dog higher on the torso for extra support.
