Used to replace the derailleur. This tool was really easy to use, the quality of this product seems pretty strong. The grip was a good diameter and the red cap has a small compartment for an extra pen puller. I held it at an odd angle, but wanted to hold it in place while in use. The only issue I had was that the handle doesn't have the texture to really grip it. Working with chains is a fat business that has constantly gotten out of hand. Sounds weird as I read this, but the only thing I would like to update is to make the grip more comfortable. Thanks very much!
