Dissatisfied. These pliers fell apart on first use. There seemed to be a piece missing that was supposed to hold the two sides together where they connected, but since there wasn't one they fell apart every few openings/closings. On top of that, the finger holes are too small for the fact that they're made of edgy metal, making them almost painful to use. The description says they are stainless steel, but they didn't look polished at all, the surface felt rough and there seemed to be an odd sediment in the hinge. The only advantage is that if I returned it because of a defect, I got my money back immediately and didn't even have to spend the time to send it back.
