The product is very good with its robustness, scalability as well as user friendliness which allows us ease in handling our analytics reports across multiple time frames without any hiccups at all! Overall it's been smooth sailing so far for me!! I would say that there are some areas where they could do better but nothing major or significant enough such thaat one should be concerned about them missing out upon anything important like this (if you were already satisfied).

We have used Spairly products since 2015 when we started working from Pune India office location only & now expanded into other offices also within Gurgaon/Delhi NCR region alongwith Bangalore city itself.We use their cloud version - Data Explorer & Text Analytics API Version 7-2 for solving various Business Analysis problems - Customer segmentation / Demographic analysis etc.,.
