Pump arrived in 3 boxes. Boxes marked "this side up" were intentionally upside down in relation to the outer box, meaning any oil that was in the pump leaked out. So I received an oil-free pump and a box of oil-coated parts. To make matters worse, the supplied bottle of "reserve" oil was completely empty. While I was cleaning the block the air valve that was leaking all the oil came loose in my hand, apparently snapped upside down during shipping. Descent. I wanted to give the seller the benefit of the doubt, so I planned on simply asking for a valve replacement, but I wanted to test the unit first. I filled the unit with oil, connected my hose/gauge and turned it on. What a terrible sound! It sounded like someone was dragging cans down the street behind a car. Additionally, it doesn't draw >15 inches (I triple checked my hoses). Disappointed with this product and having been forced to buy it locally at a higher price will return it.
