No visible damage and works like a charm.
I have seen reviews of people who have tried this and failed. I don't know, I only used a 12mm extractor, but I can say it worked like a charm (most of the time you didn't even have to smash them in, you could use them as a head and they grabbed just enough to take a screw or nut to be tightened). And absolutely no noticeable damage to the aspirator, even after aggressive clogging. It's lost some of its color coverage, but of course that's to be expected. Although the metal was fine. Tried on very rusty nuts and bolts.
