I definitely recommend buying, I didn't notice any disadvantages.
It came in a nice box with printed directions. Adding new components to the system is easy. Bringing the sensor close to the hub, pressing firmly, and holding for a few seconds will establish a connection and cause the hub to flash.
- Attractive and elegant. Verified to perform properly when exposed to water before being permanently installed. The battery can last up to two years before needing to be replaced. Compatible with Aqara and Apple Home Kit with little effort.
