I like that they are able to work with us when we need it, even if we don't have any immediate needs at this time. They can also help with other logistics services as well. It is always helpful to be flexible in case you do not know what your future will bring but they make sure their team has everything covered for all of our logistical needs! The only thing I dislike about them is sometimes there isn't much communication between departments which makes things more difficult than necessary. However, since I am currently working directly with my account manager, they tend to take care of those issues quickly so no complaints here. We use Hellman for freight forwarding and warehousing solutions across multiple industries including automotive, consumer goods, food & beverage, healthcare, industrial products and pharmaceuticals.
