Carpe is an excellent treatment for hyperhidrosis when used correctly. Apply a pea-sized amount to any area to avoid sweating and rub in thoroughly to cover the area 1-2 times a day. My only complaint is that the bottle is poorly designed. After use, a little Carpe lotion remains in the dosing area. This residual lotion dries and hardens. When reopened for use, the hardened lotion will flake off and spread throughout the room. The Carpe team needs to redesign the bottle to solve this problem. Overall the product works great and has drastically reduced the smell of my socks and shoes. I recommend using Carpe to anyone who wants to reduce hand and/or foot sweating.
