I like how they are able to work with you when it comes time for implementation of your new system, especially if there is an issue or something goes wrong during testing/implementation stage. They also have great customer service reps who help answer any questions as well! Nothing really bad about this firm but rather just wish we had more experience working with them in our organization so we could benefit from their expertise. We were looking at different options to implement some kind of CRM into our business process flow which was very complex. The team helped us understand all aspects involved in choosing software solution such as features needed, benefits gained etc.
