Pretty light compared to my old bow. The liquid head feels pretty decent. The only negative thing I noticed was that the locking screw is usually blocked by the camera body, depending on how the body is positioned on the quick-release plate. This makes it difficult to pin it down in one spot and can mess up your recording. It's also possible to reconsider the bolt that fits into the camera body, or just get used to carrying a quarter to remove from the camera body when you're done using the tripod.
