They have been very flexible with us and listened to our concerns. They are always willing to answer questions and make changes at a moment's notice. I would not hesitate to recommend this vendor. They are easy to deal with and will do everything they can to get what you need. Nothing so far. As a healthcare provider we were looking for an EMR that could meet all of our needs. We needed it to be able to connect with other software as well as office applications like Word and Excel. The Connect was easy to learn and implement into our workflow. It has really streamlined communication within our organization which is great! I like that they have the ability to use their own data in the system. They also were able to customize the look and feel to match our organization's branding. The customer support is also very good. The biggest issue we had was adding new staff members. It took a while to get them up and running with the software. We are solving the problem of having all information accessible from anywhere. It has allowed us to access patient information quickly and easily.
