Review on Grommet Eyelet Plier Set by Lynn Cook

I wish I could find out what's going on before it's too late. After just a few weeks of using this tool, it is practically useless. The handle has been slowly bending all the time, and it seems impossible to return it. If you use pliers, you can feel the compression occurring. I foolishly thought it was the feeling of the hinges flexing, but recently I realized that the flexing is actually due to me bending the handle. The force was only enough to insert the tab. Excessive force was not applied to this tool. I am extremely disappointed.
