Positive aspects :It is powerfulThe hose length is perfect and made from rubber not plastic.It does come with a zippered bag that holds everything that goes with it.It is pretty compact so it stores well under my back seat in my truck.Rubber feet to help with vibration which helps with longevity of the unit.Plus, many other things that helped me choose this one over others.Negative things :The plastic on one of the ends (shown in pics) is cracked.The air filter cover was rattling and after inspection one of the keeper tabs was snapped off. (shown in pic) I did glue it but writing this before I know if it worked or not. Not confident it'll hold but had to try.I could understand if these things were broken during shipping but that's NOT the case. The box it came in was completely intact including the foam that encases it.Either a complete lack of quality control or they saw it and shipped it anyway, due to location of the CRACK on body of the unit, it's definitely the latter.I have purchased hundreds and possibly over a thousand products from Best Buy and this might be the most disappointing purchase to date.I know I'm being a bit dramatic but after ordering 2 other pumps ( which I kept) that weren't the right fit for what I needed, I finally found the right pump for the money and then this. still will to give 3 stars because I really like the dang thing
