Coffee grinder stopped working after 15 months of abuse. It does not continue to work after the button is pressed, but behaves in pulse mode, as a food processor can. a rep who graciously offers me a two dollar discount and free shipping on my next purchase - ha! I asked to speak to the manager and was told someone would call me back because they were having a long conversation that was distracting. OK? Nobody called me back. When the coffee grinder is working, it is doing its job. However, it is very loud and not ideal for grinding coffee early in the morning, unless you want to wake up loved ones, children, neighbors, friends, enemies, the deceased, etc.
