This review is for the CableCreation USB-RS232 Adapter (FTDI chipset). I have a Raspberry Pi 3B+ running Raspbian Jessie and this adapter connects and configures itself automatically - no drivers to install. It gets the device name "ttyUSB0" if it's the first USB serial adapter, "ttyUSB1" if it's the second, etc. It's easy to use with the Python "serial" module. This is a good, cheap, and easy way to add serial ports to your Pi.
